In a large POT, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat.
Add ground meat, Gulyás Spices, onion, and bell pepper.
Stir-fry until meat is crumbled.
Add broth, tomato paste, and salt & pepper to taste. Mix well.
Cover. Bring to boil. Turn heat to medium.
Cook over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes until the bell peppers are almost cooked.
Stir in sour cream and bring to boil.
Turn heat off. Set aside.
