Instructions
Rice
  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
Salad
  1. Mix apples, carrots, and/or turnips. Add to taste: lemon juice, salt & pepper.
  2. Add 1 tbsp oil. Mix well.
  3. Cover and let rest for 15 minutes.
Ladob
  1. In a POT, add potatoes, 1 can coconut milk, Koko Spices [2], and salt to taste. Cover.
  2. Cook 10 minutes over medium heat, then about 25 minutes over low heat, until the potatoes are cooked.
Kari
  1. In a different POT, heat 1 tbsp oil. Fry onions until translucent.
  2. Add garlic, ginger, salt to taste, and Koko Spices [1]. Stir-fry 1 minute.
  3. Add chicken and stir-fry 3 minutes.
  4. Mix in 1 can coconut milk. Cook about 30 minutes over medium-low heat, until the sauce thickened. Stir occasionally.
