When I was traveling in the South of France, I made a stopover for lunch in restaurant with view to the Mediterranean Sea. There wasn’t a lot of tourism at that time. The server was patient to explain the items on the menu. This was when I had my crêpes filled with champignons and cheese. It was such a new taste thanks to the combination of crêpes made from whole grain flower, the mild champignons, and the strong Gruyère cheese. I highly recommend to give it a try. Though, this SpiceBreeze recipe has a new touch to this Southern French dish by adding the popular Shichimi Togarashi spice blend to the campignons.

Crepes Shichimi Togarashi

For Shichimi Togarashi Crêpes you will need:
