Homemade Sausages. So easy and fresh. This was the first time that @simplystacieblog made sausages, and they turned out so juicy yummy perfectly. They have a savory flavor thanks to thyme, star anise, and four more spices. These are the Mici sausages from the October recipe, here topped with Mujdei garlic sauce – both very popular in Romania.
