Instructions
Marinate
In a CONTAINER, combine all the ingredients for the marinade.
Adjust the sweetness to taste.
Add the chicken pieces and thoroughly mix to ensure they are well-coated.
Cover the container and refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to meld. Turn the chicken occasionally.

Remove the chicken from the marinade, shaking off any excess. Reserve the remaining marinade for basting.
