Shopping list
  • 4 beef patties
  • 1jar pickled beetrootssliced
  • 1can pineapple rings
  • 8large lettuce leaves
  • 4large tomato/eschopped
  • 2-3 kiwi (golden)chopped
  • 2tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • olive oil
  • salt & pepper
  • mayonnaise and/ or your favorite ketchup or BBQ sauce
Optional layers
  • slices cheese
  • onion ringsgrilled or raw
  • bacongrilled

  • Tasmanian pepperberries
Instructions
Side salad
  1. Chop Aussie Spices with a sharp knife.
  2. Be careful not to shoot the spices across the kitchen.
  3. In a BOWL, mix lemon juice with Aussie Spices, salt to taste, and 1 tbsp oil.
  4. Mix with tomatoes and kiwi. Set aside.
Burger
  1. In a PAN, heat 1 tbsp oil over medium heat.
  2. Fry patties until cooked to your desired doneness.
  3. Transfer patties to a plate and cover.
  4. Shortly, fry the cutting sides of the buns.
At the same time
  1. In a second PAN, heat 1 tbsp oil over medium heat.
  2. Fry eggs to your liking.
  3. Season with salt & pepper.
  4. Transfer to a plate and cover.
  5. Fry pineapple on each side until golden and caramelized.
Serve
  1. Serve all ingredients on separate plates.
  2. Everyone can assemble the Burger with a lot to its liking.
  3. Enjoy!
