A New Version of Pumpkin Pie and Kibbeh

Kibbeh is a very popular Middle Eastern dish. This baked Kibbeh is a special sort of pie. The crust is made from mashed pumpkin mixed with bulgur (cracked wheat). The filling combines ground meat, spinach, and optional nuts. For a vegetarian version, substitute meat with garbanzo beans.

Syrian Pumpkin Kibbeh brings a new taste to your fall cooking.
