Obatzda, Bavarian Beer Garden in Your Home

The beer garden started as an extension of a brewery, where the brewery could sell beer directly to the consumer instead of delivering it to pubs.

Obatzda is a popular Bavarian beer garden dish served with beer and pretzels. A Bavarian brewery owner created it to make use of overripe Camembert. You can also shake up your ‘Mac & Cheese’ with this new taste.
