Chicken Adobo has a long tradition in the Philippines, and it is still the most popular dish. Chicken Adobo is often the first choice of a Filipino mother when she wants to make a delicious dinner.

The preparation of Chicken Adobo takes some time, but fortunately, it doesn’t require a lot of your time in the kitchen, only short steps on different days:
